Another Me
Revealing queerness in family constellation work
A ten-session online module, for practitioners and for anyone who has felt like the strange one in the room.
Wednesdays 18:30 Athens · starts 20 January 2027
€850 — €80 now, the rest by 6 January
Something is hardening. You can feel it in how the questions get asked now — who counts as a real family, what counts as a real woman, which lives are open for discussion this year.
The ones pushed outside the frame don't leave. They're part of the system and the system feels it.
Queerness isn't the problem this work solves. It's one of the places this work has something to gain.
Over ten sessions we'll work with gender and difference, chosen family, community, lineage, intimacy, nature, chaos. And with Hellinger, including the parts that are hard to sit with.
This is the module I wanted when I was training.
Who this is for
Some of you will come to this as practitioners, wanting something for the room you work in.
Some because the queerness is your own and you want further into it.
Some because someone you love is queer and you've started to wonder what that has to do with you.
You don't need to know which one you are. People tend to arrive as one and leave having been all three. Prior constellation experience helps. It isn't required.
What you'll leave with
Each session is another step in widening how we perceive the world. When we can take in more of existence itself, new possibilities open up:
- What queerness looks like through a constellation lens, and what "normal" was describing
- The ancient bond between blood family and chosen family
- Black sheep and their place in a system
- A queer lineage: witches, prophets, and elders across the generations
- Animism and nature: the bond between queerness and the non-human
- Hellinger on homosexuality: what he said, how it's been read, and what's rarely quoted
- Models of intimacy and togetherness
- Chaos as a facilitation tool
- Practical constellation tools for otherness, in the clinic and in a group
Why constellation work
In systemic constellation work we talk about the flow of love through the generations. It's one of the central ideas in the field: when a part of a system goes unacknowledged, something in that flow gets caught, and it stays caught for a long time. Societies tend to wrap their thickest silence around whoever is different.
This module looks at what happens when queerness is the part getting its place back — how much love we can witness flowing into the system again. From there we can see what the work does when queerness is a working principle inside it rather than a special case.
“When I reach a point where I have to choose between two options, I stop and ask myself: where did the range go?”

Orr Guilat
I teach and facilitate family and systemic constellation work through The Constellations Path — International Institute for the Study of Systemic Constellations, founded by Yishai Gaster. I lead the institute's Arabic-speaking cohort. I'm also a somatic psychotherapist, a naturopath and a herbalist.
This module and the work I bring to ISCA, the International Systemic Constellations Association, have grown alongside each other. I facilitate My Queer Family workshops there.
Before any of that I was part of Queerhana, a crew that ran queer raves in Israel-Palestine through the 2000s.
Format
Ten sessions, 3.5 hours each, over Zoom. Wednesdays at 18:30 Athens time.

| Where you are | Local time |
|---|---|
| Los Angeles | 08:30 |
| New York | 11:30 |

North American clocks move forward on 14 March, so the sessions on 17 and 24 March land an hour later there: 12:30 in New York, 09:30 in Los Angeles. On 31 March Europe's clocks have changed too, so New York and Los Angeles are back to 11:30 and 08:30, and the session is an hour earlier in São Paulo (12:30) and India (21:00).
The time is fixed for this cohort. If it doesn't work for you, tell me on the form — it helps me plan the next one.
Solidarity places
For every 5 participants at full price, one place opens at 30% of the cost. Ten paying participants means two places, and so on.
To apply, register as usual and email me with the subject line "Solidarity place." Tell me in a few lines what makes this the right moment for you. Nothing more. Confidential, always.
The €80 deposit applies to solidarity places too.
Not ready yet?
Before the module, I run Another Way In, a 90-minute introduction to queer constellation work, on a sliding scale. A chance to feel how I work before committing to ten sessions, and a chance for me to meet you. Coming to one doesn't hold you a place in the module.
Another Way In: dates and registration →FAQ
Do I need prior experience in family constellation work?
It helps, and it isn't required. If you're coming without it, just say so when you register.
Do I need to be queer to join?
No. Queerness here is wider than who you sleep with — it's any place where you don't fit the shape that was expected. Most people find they have more of that than they thought.
Do I need to be out?
No. I ask everyone to keep what happens in the room inside it, and in my experience people hold that seriously. I can't promise it on behalf of a whole group, so take the space at whatever pace is right for you. Some people come precisely because this is a place they don't have to manage that question.
Do I have to set up my own constellation?
No. You can work, you can represent for someone else, you can sit and watch. All three are real participation. People move between them over ten sessions.
Does my camera have to be on?
Yes. This is hands-on, participatory learning, and your presence is needed, wanted and welcomed.
Are sessions recorded?
No.
What if something opens up between sessions?
Write to me. Constellation work keeps moving after a session ends, and that's not a malfunction. I'd rather hear from you than have you sit with it alone until Wednesday.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a learning program. Things will move in you — that's how the work goes — but I'm teaching here, not treating. If you find yourself wanting to take something further than ten sessions can hold, I'd encourage you to have someone of your own alongside it: a therapist, an advisor, someone who can accompany you personally. That isn't a sign the work went wrong. Usually it means it went somewhere.
What about Hellinger and homosexuality?
He said things about homosexuality that are still quoted, and more often, interpreted. Those interpretations might be part of why some queer people keep their distance from this work. He also said things that are rarely quoted and point somewhere else entirely. We'll look at what's there, as it is. That's where this work starts.
Is this module certified?
Yes. It's recognised as part of the certification track through The Constellations Path.
Cancellation and refunds
The €80 deposit is non-refundable, but it transfers to a future cohort within 18 months.
| Before 6 January 2027 | withdraw and you simply don't pay the balance. If you already paid in full, the balance is refunded. |
|---|---|
| 6 to 19 January 2027 | half the balance refunded. |
| From 20 January 2027 | once we've begun — no refund. The group forms around the people in it. |
If you need to step out mid-module because of illness, bereavement, or a serious change in circumstances, write to me. I'd rather find something workable than hold you to a line on a page.
If I cancel the module, you get everything back, deposit included.
