Pain rarely announces itself in words. It arrives as a held shoulder, a shallow breath, a knot that tightens before you know what you are anxious about. The body speaks first, and it speaks precisely.
The work is not to interpret, but to slow down enough to listen. To let the body finish a sentence it has been holding, sometimes for years. What surfaces is usually not what you'd expect.
Working with physical and emotional distress through the body's own language. Trauma and past experiences leave traces in posture, breath, and sensation; somatic work uses those traces as the route by identifying and connecting with them.
An emotional work method that brings movement where things feel stuck or burdened. It works through the understanding that each of us belongs to wider systems — family, community, generations — and that our difficulties are often entangled with stories that are not only our own to bear. Face to face, in a group and online, this method can change the course of personal development.
